Adult Kickboxing Self-Defense and Conditioning
This is a non-ranking program for adults of varied ages and fitness levels who want to get in great shape and learn self-defense, but who aren't interested in getting a rank in traditional kung fu.
We offer a kick boxing based program of cardio fitness, toning, and flexibility. Each class includes techniques in one of the following – joint control; movement and striking; grappling; knife defense (don't worry, we practice with rubber knives!).
Our unique martial arts and fitness program is new to the Austin area. It's designed for people who want a fun "punch and kick the pads" workout and to learn real self-defense. Our location is convenient to Cedar Creek, Bastrop, Austin, San Marcos, Elgin, and Smithville.
